      The pay is well above average , co workers are good for the most part. Lots of vets willing to help you if you're new. Good management and good incentives and benefits.

      Svantaggi

      Long hours 6 days a week until you have built up a decent amount of senority.. Little time for any life outside of work. Outdated voice picking hardware.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
