      Management on the Product Development and Packaging team make it extremely hard to do day to day work. Long term goals and practices are frequently changing. I was let go for giving honest feedback to my manager for better ways he can support his team. Lost my job because I was just trying to have my manager be more present.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
