Great pay as far as CDL driving jobs go Good benefit plan, 401k, health Generally work unattended throughout the day

Svantaggi

Work week varies from 50-60 hours Extremely early start times (2-4am) Work is very heavy manual labor, unloading packed tractor-trailer by yourself Work in all weather conditions

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
