Second, that the company treats its agents as if the agent was King, rather than the other way around. Third, working where the income, which can be very substantial, is the outcome of helping other people everyday. Fourth, the stock program is wonderful and it is awesome to get to own a piece of what you help build. And last, working with a group that is all supportive of each other, who have fun together, work hard together, and give back to the community together.
