      Good pay, free food, and good training. You get free schools and you get to use your GIBILL when you transition to civilian.

      Svantaggi

      Bad leadership, working lots of overtime for same pay. You have so many bosses telling you what to do you get lost and for a simple error you might lose rank.

      Sometimes leadership can place everything on one persons shoulders, miscommunications lead to large scale rewrites or redo's.
