      Sexual harassment/abuse is rampant Dangerous living conditions with Ex-cons living mere feet away from you. Theft is an every day occurence. There was someone almost beaten to death on my ship. Living conditions on a ship are barely better than prison (I can only imagine) "Old boys" club is alive and well. Pay is pretty much at poverty level.
