There are a wide varity of workers. The extreme hard workers who get compensated just as much as the lazy. Except you are a non-examp employee which allows for OT. Difficult to grow, expecally if your young and hungry to learn and grow fast. Then this is not the place, but if you are content with moving up accourding with the GS scale and are looking for a constant job then this is great for you.
