      In IT, 2004-2006 were the best years.....got lots accomplished while operating as a high-performing team. IT was assertive, forward thinking....good pay, great benefits, good camaraderie....

      Often times, it could take too long to make decisions. Plan, do, check , act thinking was not yet institutionalized.
