We’ve been forced to go back to the office which nobody is happy about. Employee issues aren’t addressed the ceo just talks in circles until he has confused everyone and moves on. Employees do not feel valued anymore. My boss just tells us basically be grateful you have a job and don’t share your concerns because it’s not going to change anything. They are trying to “align” us with company standards which means our reps are expected to have shorter call times, they’ve reduced team meeting times to 30 minutes from an hour and a half and they can’t ever get pto. Executive leaders recently told managers we were to blame for employee burnout not the back to back phone calls. I used to be really proud to work at USAA. I keep thinking maybe things will change with a new CEO but I don’t know now. So much damage has already been done.
