No work-life balance - Recensione dipendente - Sr. Property Claims Adjuster presso USAA

USAA workload used to be really manageable within a year ago, now they want to preach that we not reviewing claims right but big part of that is on the increased amount of work being provided . They switched us from SE claims only to then entire EAST and of more lately the entire US. They have also a field position that averages 5-15 claims while we currently sitting at 40+ , USAA used to really care about their employees work life balance but that isnt true anymore.
