We have a structured and comprehensive onboarding program, including an extensive first week of training where expectations, compensation structure, and performance goals are clearly outlined. This is followed by ongoing support through periodic check-ins, as well as continued access to training resources and mentorship from leadership and experienced team members. We also want to emphasize that we genuinely care about our team members and their success, and we strive to provide the tools and support needed to help them grow. Expectations around ramp-up periods, production, and compensation are communicated upfront and reinforced throughout employment.
