      Depending on your office may vary- but my office is fantastic. Everyone is so helpful no matter what department you’re in. Even though it’s sales, it doesn’t feel like a toxic competitive environment and everyone wants to help each other succeed. My Practice Leader is amazing, along with the Middle Market leaders. You are never turned away when you need anything, and everyone is so supportive. It is a fantastic opportunity to move into higher sales markets- if you’re willing to go by the playbook and dedicate time and effort at the beginning.

      If you are not willing to cold call you are going to have a bad time. It’s not a con on the company but it will be your con if you don’t like getting out of your comfort zone.

      You get out of it what you put into it. Autonomy and responsibility if you are fluent in the principles of extreme ownership. Think of it like running your own business as an entrepreneur, with a deep well of resources at your fingertips to help you be successful. High upside if you are willing to put in the work! (and that doesn't mean 50 hour weeks or unmanageable workloads)

      If you don't have an open mind, are closed off to learning new things, and don't have a "how can I help" mentality, this may not be the best fit for you. Pay (base salary) may be slightly lower than other consulting firms, but total rewards package in the aggregate is competitive, and high upside potential with career path opportunities.
