Vantaggi
I got a laptop and only had to move cubicles a few times.
Svantaggi
From my experience the attrition rate was extremely high, so the glowing positive reviews are very suspect if you look at the language used and lack of specifics. You rarely see any "average" reviews which sums up the culture pretty accurately. I think they focus hiring on recent graduates since pay is far below market average. In my experience annual raises were non-existent and discretionary bonuses (if ever made) were based on departmental results versus individual results, so productivity was lacking across the board. The tools and systems I saw were years out of date even though they were touted as "cutting edge". The solutions system was basically a bunch of case studies that generated a power point. Everything else was created internally with the belief they are a differentiator, but experienced producers rarely use them. Employee programs seem to focus on checking a box versus actually offering engagement programs that may cost a little money now, but save significant dollars over time in productivity and retention gains. I think the company spends a lot more in lost revenue and skips over a quarter to save a nickel. If you're considering a role here, I would ask your recruiter for the name of the person who previously had the role so you can get their opinion and see what they say. I would get actual feedback versus what you may read in any of the "pay to play" publications or sites.
