Thomas salvaged me from relocating to a more thriving region where I falsely believed the only innovation was happening. I had already accepted a position as a market leader and producer elsewhere. After hearing him articulate why USI is different and better, I knew I could start right away focused on my passion of helping people, driving new relationships to USI and everything was already built well beyond what I've seen in 25 years in the business. I didn't want to believe him but he shared a vision of what my encounters would be like with clients and prospects here vs. anywhere else. There's no comparison.
