USI Insurance has great resources that are invaluable. It's nice to work for a company that makes me feel like I'm appreciated. Lots of room for advancement. Good work/life balance. Great PTO program.

Been rough transitioning accounts to the service center and losing a lot of long-term customers due to not being able to meet face-to-face as they had in the past. Insurance benefits are costly. Would be nice to have work-at-home option if needed as an exception rather than the rule.
