High employee turnover due to impossible workload and unrealistic, poor management expectations. Bonuses are based on company performance. 2021 was the best year ever according to CEO. Bonuses were none existent for “workers”; mythical metric was not met. Mgmt and HR turn a blind eye to discrimination and abusive behaviors. They tout diversity and inclusion, it’s an illusion.
