You can have tremendous input with the senior team. They do listen and want your expert advice and opinion. Work with a diverse group of clients on interesting projects in a new and upcoming field. The company has a start-up feel, so you get involved in many aspects of the company. Really great coworkers. Very much a team with high level of collaboration.

Nothing negative so far in my experience.

Working with legitimate city programs for energy codes

Money is shady. I started here and two weeks in found out no one had been paid in 6 weeks. I left immediately knowing this was an ongoing issue. They bill clients but then when its payday there's no money in the bank. I was surprised at how nonchalant the current employees were about missing their third paycheck in a row- not to mention it's illegal... Don't expect to have on time and accurate payments. All of the employees are expected to use a personal computer. The offer letter ensured they would send "a work laptop, Office supplies, Care Package, USL Swag, Audiobook 'The First 90 Days' before the first day of work." None of that happened and when I asked about it they said it was a "work in progress." Unprofessional and sketchy. Who knows where the money's going but it's not in the employee's bank accounts. Don't get bamboozled.
