I don't normally post reviews, but since joining the company, I've had nothing but positive feelings about my decision to work here. I had many choices, but chose USWired because of the challenging environment and career opportunities that I could not have gotten at much larger companies. Very happy with the frequency (quarterly) and nature of the social events, and the extravagant holiday parties. No company is perfect, but management strives to do their best and it shows given the company's current size and resources. Despite the recent negative reviews below (that coincide with the exodus of a few spiteful employees), I speak my own mind, was not coerced into writing this review, and there are no conspiracies.

The greatest detriment to the culture has been 2-3 vengeful, bitter employees who overstayed their welcome, and have been passed over for promotions because of their attitude and work ethic (or lack thereof). Case in point, I know from a trusted source that most of the negative reviews below are written by these same few employees who were fired or left, and are now just trying to get back at the company by spreading falsehoods. Kudos to management for the guts to get rid of them, despite their threats. One in particular is posing as a current employee just to stir the pot (yes, we all know who you are!).
