The benefits, pay, and company culture are outstanding. You also do not experience as much disconnect between upper level employees and store level associates. The company is growing and leadership is amazing.

The company is a mid-sized regional carrier that prides itself on providing service to rural consumers. The downside to this is: you will have a challenging time finding open positions for leadership in more metropolitan or suburban markets. That said, if you do not mind living or working in more rural communities it is more of a pro than a con.
