Long hours, not enough time off available in certain departments and forces you to use sick time or get occurrences You get 80 hours of pto and normally have 40 left by the end of the year as there is no time. They talk about the d.o but the management goods off all day and never really listen to the employees feedback. Russian roulette on holidays.
