I love the hours, also the benefits are really nice compared to other retail jobs. The hours are the biggest pro compared to other retail locations.

The pay is not the best. Also there is constant change, and it is hard to keep up with the change. This job is perfect for someone that is single with no kids. Maybe someone fresh out of college or high school. Also the training is pretty bad.
