Working with customers is the best and worst part of the job, coworkers are great!

Already scheduled as full time, but very common to have 10-20 hours of overtime every 2 weeks, absolutely no benefits at all, no discount on bill, no health insurance, no 401k, minimal pay with decent commission.. I am on of the top sales people and I still consider my commission as “decent”. We’re ran hard and put away wet.
