Most of the people were friendly and helpful but the management was terrible. The management beleived either you provide service their way or you weren't going to have a job! Even if you were being reconized for outstanding customer service

the management and also the way you had to request off for things such as doc. appts., vacation or personal days...why give them if you cant use them when you need or want too?
