US CELLULAR was a great place to work, I worked in the call center for a few years and was easily able to move up in the company only reason I no longer work thereis because they paid my position so well that when costs needed to be cut it was obvious or position needed eliminated.

Svantaggi

The interview process is unnerving the interviewers are robotic and read from a script, the are ways to get the same results, but in a conversational setting, that at least would put your person your are interviewing a little more at ease so you could really get accurate feeling about who you are interviewing.
