You Will always make less then the new hires. Do more then what the job title says, so you will be MORE then security(dont work here). Always working hard, management does not show appreciation. Always stiffed on your raise some how, 2% or lower. HR and management blames each other for their short comings. High turn around rate. Company keep sexual harrasment under the rug. Management is vengeful and will target you. Company Shares on company web page every holiday and special group, but doesnt care about veterans. You will get talked down to by management and director. Always on your feet at times, sometimes will never get relieved to go to the bathroom. Treated like kids.
