inconsistent leadership, lack of structure, no guidance on navigating COVID, departments are left to their own rules (dress code, phones, remote work, working hours) so there is a huge disparity in work areas....there is a general lack of professionalism that is plain to see and hear from answering the phone - or NOT answering which is the biggest issue - to cartoons emojis as peoples outlook photos. rules clearly do not apply to upper management. people try to complain make issues known but action is never taken.
