Fairly hostile to be honest. So much talking behind other people’s backs (patients and colleagues) . I know I’m not left out as I’ve walked up on someone speaking I’ll of me. A lot of passive aggression from NAs who like to sleep on the job or be on their social media. This BS is co-signed by charge nurse and other RNs (probably because there is so much character assassination they don’t want to fall victim to it). Really suspect patient assignments. You can tell which nurses are favored nations. If you’re over forty I’d choose another hospital. Very exclusive, and young culture.
