Little to no supervision. If you are someone that just wants to scrape by on a laughable salary and watch tv in your office all day, this may be your ideal workplace. You may get 10 to 15 emails a day at most and if you get phone calls and decide not to pickup, no one there even cares.

If you are an ambitious person who takes pride in their work, please don’t work here. At Parkside the employees love to pass the buck as much as they can and will become openly angry and defiant if they are told to do their job duties. A good way to make an enemy here is to ask for help or collaboration. Overall, the people here are not nice. Lots of gossip, rumors, cliques - it is very sad and draining to work in. I believe this culture is due to the fact that there are way more employees than work to go around. As they say -idled hands are the devils playground. Also the benefits are not good.
