None that I can think of.

- Kind, driven colleagues - Flexibility - Autonomy - Product with true potential - Not too dependent on investors, meaning there's more stability than many other startups these days

- Still a startup, so there is still some instability, shifting priorities, lack of clarity/vision at times,... So you have to be comfortable with this rather than allow it to frustrate you - Pay is relatively low compared to the market
