If is an energizing, exciting kind of environment where work is enjoyable and everyone really wants to be there. - Perhaps partly due to the issues of 2017, there have been a lot of solid efforts to improve the company so anyone entering the company now is reaping those benefits.

Often difficult to know what has been done in the past, or who to ask. Hunting around for all the information takes up a lot of time. - Lack of connection/ communication between regions
