Management has empowered employees to be able to make a variety of decisions and there is very little bureaucracy at all. Always new problems to solve and satisfaction in the sense to contribute directly to company success.

Hours are certainly long. Maintaining balance between personal and work life would be considered more of a con if colleagues weren't so much fun to be around. Could be tough on someone with children or a family at home.
