Sales team are terrified of senior management. Newest manager is trying to create a conventional sales culture. She demands respect and motivates her team through worry and fear. This is the worst management I have ever seen. Belittling and bullying culture. Biggest turn over of staff I have ever seen. I went on holiday and 6 people were sacked. There is no trust between colleagues and managers. You are not treated as an equal. Huge power hierarchy. Management are pure nasty. They only care for power and money not for the well-being of their colleagues. They will do whatever it takes to earn as much money as possible. Management are the worst people I have ever had to misfortune to meet. I can guarantee you are better than this job. Nothing warrants the kind of treatment I experienced.
