      Really great and fun work environment, people are super friendly and always look to help. Working in their titles is really challenging and interesting. Very good team culture

      Very low salary for a software engineer, years spent in the company are more important than how competent the employee is, leading to not having a very high bar in senior/management roles.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
