      Good starting place for those coming into the industry and see what it is you'd like to do moving forward

      A lot of the management that I'd dote on have left due to constant company re-orgs. The upper management constantly shifted people around which lead to loss in brand knowledge. We had to beg as a collective for salary increases that met inflation, and then were only given a 3% bump. After that, 10 CM's quit in a month.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
