Dependance on India, high targets. C-Level leadership is erratic. But the main negative is local managers. Egotistical and one manager has had over 6 reps leave over the last 12 months yet the business does nothing to reprimand or remove them. Costing the business millions. The manager has little people skills and zero sales skills. After rep after rep complained to senior leaders about this manager. Nothing was done.
