The workforce is good but the company management is messy and has non-friendly policy towards employees. Plans keep changing unwarranted and shows lack of planning at the top level. There is no respect to individual. The Chairman openly shouts even on VP. Job profile gets changed very soon, whether you like it or not.

No job security. Management is the boss. On any day, you can be fired without any proper reason shown by the management. Even if you work for long years, the experience letter says that the company will not give any references. Now which company will have such thing typed on their Exit letter. This should be told during joining time. Why would a person waste 3-6years in this company. No hikes. Company growth is dull. New products are messy and no customer buys it. There are no career opportunities. Once you join here, you will be thinking why did I join here.
