Certain people spoil everything. Favouritism at its peak. People who are closer to middle managers only grow. They get everything. Treating others as nothing. Just like a number. If something goes well, they take credit. If something goes wrong, they put a gun on head. Certain people are treated with wfh, travel and so on. Others don't even exist. They can't even ask anything. They suppress like anything.
