Everything. Uline is the fakest company ever. The fake care about their employees but they really don't care about you. It is EXTREMELY micromanage to the point of ridiculousness. Your computer is ALWAYS being monitored. If you are 1 minute late you get penalized. It is almost like a CULT. They want you to conform to the Uline way and believe in ONLY there system and way of doing things. An example of this craziness was that I was let go because they saw my resume on Indeed while still employed there. This company is horrible and evil. Do not work for Uline.

Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros

Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
