Family balance is nonexistent for Managers. Pay is strong, but it becomes golden handcuffs and makes it very hard to find a new path if wanting to move on. Lastly, Uline stalks x- employees on Facebook & LinkedIn. Constantly trying to connect using fake accounts and contacts. It is very strange and bizarre!
