      The hours are nice, and the uniform is easy (black and white) The customers are usually friendly and the products are fun to sell

      The managment has unrealistic expectations of the sales associates and there is no real review process. There is a lot of turnover and not enough training on the products to be able to sell well.

      Glorified babysitter when your team is incompetent Store can quickly become a wreck when one manager isn’t pulling their weight Too many hats in this role and way too overbearing. I thought I’d need to see a neurologist for migraines but it turns out I was just way too stressed in my role. ai. And a big push for more and more ai in the future.
