Likely the best place I've worked at in terms of employee benefits.

Ironically the worst place to work in terms of transparency and setting up employees to succeed. The lack of vision in senior leadership leaves capable and driven employees treading water and working on projects that drive no real value for the customer or the product. This leaves everyone unhappy: employees, managers and most importantly customers. If you feel like coasting and working on projects that may have provided value 2-3 years ago but do nothing now, then this is the place for you. However, if you are the type of person that wants to feel that your work (however small or big) is actually creating some sort of impact, this is not the place for you.
