They are a big part of what makes working at Unbounce so great - The leadership team are available, open and transparent - There is an opportunity to grow and develop and this is encouraged

      - Sometimes things can be ambiguous as things move so quickly - Moving to a remote environment has meant some adjustments and not everything has been/can be translated to an online working environment

      Great management team, positive and ultra competent crew, amazing new digs (not open space galore), willingness to constantly improve, genuine desire for work/life balance... the list goes on and on... It really is just the best place to work in Van.

      Self-introspecting, exploring and experimenting are all necessary in a growing company, but also have downsides in the form of unclear directions and wasted efforts.
