      Benefits are decent, in lieu of good pay. Wouldn't be surprised if SLT cuts those soon though.

      Layoffs. Leadership doesn't seem to understand, or care about the company or customer. Zero company culture.

      Great management team, positive and ultra competent crew, amazing new digs (not open space galore), willingness to constantly improve, genuine desire for work/life balance... the list goes on and on... It really is just the best place to work in Van.

      Self-introspecting, exploring and experimenting are all necessary in a growing company, but also have downsides in the form of unclear directions and wasted efforts.
