If you enjoy working in an environment that promotes backstabbing, gossiping, and bullying then this place is for you. The people here act like they’re still in high school: forming cliques and icing out people who they deem aren’t “cool”. This culture was created and propagated from the top down.
Some other reviewers mention that this place pays well. It actually doesn’t. Compared to the industry average, this place pays 20% less. Benefits are also zilch. No 401k setup, let alone matching. Vacation and or PTO? Nope. They claim to have unlimited vacation but what that really means is that you’re constantly working and they can contact you anytime.
