      I was first contacted by a recruiter. I had three rounds of interview, it was a really good experience all through. And they respect your time. First stage(Post Recruiter's call) - A group call with several senior engineers Second stage - Call with the Chief of staff Third stage - A 3-4 hours on-site interview at the Cambridge office, with about 30mins break.

      I don't really see any much cons, perhaps the 4 hours could be reduced. However, I personally prefer that one-time four-hour interview to having several unnecessary rounds of interview

      Culture of straightforwardness/openness where candid discussions are always welcome - you won't get mistreated for speaking your mind in good faith. Extremely talented people. Great product - a gamechanger for real, with an impressive customer base.

      In some ways still in start up land with heavy reliance on funding, which affects how the business can operate. Losing some good folks in spite of doing good business, presumably thanks to the pandemic-squeeze we're all facing and consequent beancounting. Something of a lack of diversity, though not worse than one would expect for Cambridge.
