The company just wants to sell and sell more business, our location shuttle Truck could only carry so much garments and would always be short product and would Have to run product out on weekends since i was a manager they don’t want to compensate you I would have to complain to get paid. They only pay you 8 hours a day Monday-Friday. Regular hours are not regular hours i would come in at 3:30am along with the RSR’s to load my route since we would always be short product and they couldn’t get warehouse guys to load the trucks. I would run the route and come back after route to check in my guys and review next day invoices & renewal contracts and garment cans and call back customers and reply to emails and see customers and wouldn’t get off work till 8pm and wouldn’t get compensated for the extra hours. That took a toll on me and forced me to quit!

Upper management genuinely cares about their team, and the hiring process is simple and straightforward. Base pay and the monthly stipend are both fair, and I appreciate the company's structure — questions get answered quickly, and you have dedicated team member support. I also like that the role is self-managing, with CDR handling pricing and deal structuring so you can focus on your own performance. Overall, this company really takes care of its employees.

Svantaggi

The pay structure for this role is a bit unique — after a sale closes, the CDR earns commission for the first few months, and then commission transitions over to the drive team. It's certainly not a deal-breaker, just an observation, and I'm not knocking the company for it. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at UniFirst.
