I've had the privilege of working at Unifeye Vision Partners as the SVP of Marketing for the past year, and I truly enjoy being part of this amazing organization. One of the biggest highlights for me is working closely with the CEO, whose coaching and mentorship have been incredibly impactful in my career. His guidance has helped me grow both professionally and personally, and I’m grateful for the support he offers. I also feel appreciated for the work I do and valued as a key contributor to the company’s success. The freedom I’ve been given to build the marketing department in my own vision is something I deeply enjoy, and it’s empowering to lead a team that is motivated, talented, and aligned with our mission. As with any large organization, the adoption of change can be slower. Coming from a more agile environment, this was an adjustment for me. However, once changes are implemented, they are strategic and well thought out, which ensures long-term success.
