-Company is struggling to be profitable. -Company tried to raise funds from Y-Combinator and few mumbai based venture capitalist but failed at it. -6 months back they did cost cutting by letting go of employees indirectly. -Company used to have flexible work timings but due to cash crunch they have recently installed fingerprint, forcing people to clock in 8-9 hours strictly. -Company has 2 products (a) A high ticket size product which has only one client from connections. (b) Second product is a Shopify App which has very few installs from the shopify store, so the company is selling it at throw away prices to make it's name in the loyalty market. -There are 3 founders in the company and the founder who is pumping cash in the business is least bothered about how the other 2 founders are running the company.
