1. Frequent organisation change causing lots of ambiguity , lack in directions and instability in the organisation and work. 2. Unstructured intranet applications and extremely bureaucratic processes. 3. Very Management graduate oriented company (mentoring, career path, coaching). No growth path for lateral hires/skilled professionals. 4. Poor work life balance.
