Limited opportunities to try new things or develop. Very poor pay progression in UK - even for high performers and at a time when the company still makes huge profits.

The biggest issue with this plant and it invades every aspect of the company is a complete lack of ability to properly communicate information. The applies internal to departments, across departments and up and down. They have the technology to do it, just not the organization. Company could probably use much more Engineering organization.
